How do you keep my emails out of spam?
You send from your own verified domain with DKIM signing, so mail is signed with your reputation. Bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically to protect your sender score.
Who owns my data?
You do. We track consent in a GDPR-friendly way, never sell or share your lists, and you can export your contacts at any time. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current platform and import it in a few minutes, tags included. Unsubscribes are respected and invalid addresses are skipped automatically.
What counts as a contact?
A contact is a unique subscriber across your lists. Unsubscribed and cleaned addresses do not count toward your plan limit, so you only pay for people you can actually reach.
Are there API limits?
Every plan includes the full REST API and webhooks to sync contacts, fire transactional mail and trigger campaigns. Rate limits are generous and scale with your plan.
How fast is support?
Email support is available on every plan. Premium adds priority support with faster response times and dedicated onboarding guidance.
