These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Tigramail, including the web application at tigramail.com, the REST API, the MCP server, hosted signup forms and every related feature (together, the "Service"). By creating or accepting an invitation to an account, or by using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01Who we are
The Service is operated by Netstudio E.E. ("Netstudio", "we", "us"), a company established in Greece.
- Registered address
- 49 Trapezountos St., 145 65 Agios Stefanos, Athens, Greece
- G.E.MI. number

- info@netstudio.gr, +30 210 800 4447
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
02Eligibility and accounts
- The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
- Access is by invitation or by arrangement with us. Each customer has an organization, and users join it with a role (owner, admin or member). Owners are responsible for who they invite and for the actions of every member of their organization.
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API tokens and connected sign-in accounts confidential, for enabling two-factor authentication where we require it, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at info@netstudio.gr if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not use the Service if you are subject to EU, UN or other applicable sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.
- If there is a dispute about who controls an organization, we may decide based on the account records and may suspend the organization until the dispute is resolved.
03The Service
Tigramail lets you manage contacts and segments, design emails, run campaigns and automations, publish signup forms, verify your own sending domains and read delivery and engagement reports. Emails are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) using sending identities that you verify.
We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is material to your use, we will give you reasonable notice where possible. Features labelled beta, preview or experimental are provided as they are and may change or stop at any time.
04Fees and payment
- Fees, plans, sending limits and billing periods are set out in your order, offer or separate written agreement with Netstudio. If nothing has been agreed, the Service is provided at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which you will pay in addition.
- Invoices are payable within the term stated on them. If an amount remains unpaid, we may suspend sending or access to the Service after giving you notice.
- We may change our prices for future billing periods by giving you at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept the change, you may close your account before it takes effect.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where these Terms or mandatory law say otherwise.
05Your content and your contacts
"Your Content" means everything you or your users put into the Service: contact lists and attributes, designs, images, templates, campaigns, automations, forms, brand assets and any other material.
- You own Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, process, display and adapt Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
- You confirm that you have all rights, consents and permissions needed for Your Content and for us to process it, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- You are solely responsible for your relationship with your contacts, for the lawfulness of how you collected their data and for the content of every message you send.
- We may access Your Content when you ask for support, when needed to keep the Service secure and operating, to investigate suspected abuse or a breach of these Terms, or when the law requires it.
- We may create aggregated and anonymized statistics from use of the Service (for example platform-wide delivery rates) that do not identify you or any individual. Such statistics belong to us.
06Data processing
For the personal data of your contacts that you upload or collect through the Service, you are the controller and Netstudio is your processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). This section forms the data processing agreement required by Article 28 GDPR. When processing that data, we will:
- process it only on your documented instructions, which are these Terms and your use and configuration of the Service, unless EU or Greek law requires otherwise;
- ensure that people authorized to process it are bound by confidentiality;
- apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, as described in our Privacy Policy;
- use sub-processors only under written terms that offer the same level of protection, keep the list in our Privacy Policy current and give you notice of changes so you can object;
- help you, taking into account the nature of the processing, to respond to data subject requests and to meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR;
- notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data;
- delete or return your data at the end of the Service, as described in section 12, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- make available the information reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance with Article 28 GDPR and allow for audits, on reasonable notice and at your expense, no more than once a year unless a regulator requires it.
You authorize the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. For data we process for our own purposes (for example your account and billing details), Netstudio is the controller, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
07Sending rules
Email only works when recipients want it. These rules protect your deliverability and that of every other customer. You must:
- send marketing emails only to people who have given valid, provable consent, or where another legal basis clearly allows it under Article 11 of Greek Law 3471/2006, the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR and the laws of the recipient's country;
- never use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or shared lists, or lists of people who have not heard from you for a long time without re-confirming their consent;
- include a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email, and never remove, hide or disable the one the Service inserts;
- accept the Service's handling of unsubscribes, bounces and complaints, and never re-import or re-mail contacts that are suppressed, unsubscribed or have complained;
- identify yourself clearly as the sender, use accurate "From" names, addresses and subject lines and include a valid postal address where the law requires it;
- send only from domains and addresses you own or are authorized to use, and keep the DNS records (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) we ask for in place;
- keep bounce and complaint rates within the limits set by us and by Amazon SES. We may pause sending for an organization, a campaign or an automation whose rates put the platform at risk.
Every email sent through the Service carries identifiers that let us trace it back to the sending organization. Report suspected abuse to info@netstudio.gr.
08Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send, host or promote, or to help anyone else send, host or promote:
- unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes or deceptive offers;
- phishing, malware, or content that impersonates another person, brand or organization;
- illegal products or services, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative or that incites violence;
- content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- gambling, pharmaceuticals, cryptocurrency offerings, debt relief, adult content, or other high-risk industries, unless we have agreed to it in writing in advance.
You also may not: probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service; bypass any security, rate limit, sending limit or access control; reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it; interfere with other customers; use the Service to build a competing product; resell the Service without our written agreement; or use automated means to access it other than through the API and MCP server within their documented limits.
09Sending domains and integrations
- To send email you must verify a sending domain and sender identities. You confirm that you control each domain and address you add.
- If you connect a Cloudflare account, you authorize us to read your zones and create or change the DNS records the Service needs for that domain. You can disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for your DNS configuration.
- If you sign in with Google, or use any other third-party service with Tigramail, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for it.
- We may change the sending infrastructure (for example IP pools or SES configuration) when needed to protect deliverability.
10API and MCP server
- API tokens belong to your organization and grant access to its data. Store them securely and revoke any token you believe is compromised.
- We may throttle, limit or block API and MCP traffic that is excessive, abusive or endangers the Service.
- Anything an application or AI agent does with your tokens is treated as done by you.
11AI features
Some features, such as the design assistant, image generation and brand detection, use artificial intelligence models provided by third parties.
- The prompts, designs, images and other material you send to these features ("Inputs") and the results they return ("Outputs") are processed by the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive personal data in Inputs.
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to outputs generated for others. You must review every Output before you use or send it, and you are responsible for that use.
- As between you and us, you own the Outputs to the extent the law allows. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.
- We may limit how much you use AI features (for example a daily image limit) and may change or withdraw them at any time.
12Suspension, termination and your data
- You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your organization at any time. Any fixed-term commitment in your agreement still applies.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if your sending threatens the Service, our infrastructure providers or other customers, if you do not pay, or if the law or a competent authority requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you the chance to fix the issue.
- We may terminate for convenience by giving you at least 60 days' notice.
- After closure, you have 30 days to export your contacts and reports (the Service provides contact export). We then delete Your Content from active systems, and it is erased from backups within their normal rotation, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 6, 13 to 16, 18 and 19) will survive.
13Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, templates, documentation and the Tigramail name and logo are owned by Netstudio or its licensors and are protected by Greek, EU and international law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, in line with these Terms. Nothing else is licensed to you.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.
14Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service available, secure and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every email will be delivered or reach the inbox, or that statistics such as opens and clicks are exact (mail clients, privacy features and security scanners affect them). We are not responsible for networks, mailbox providers, DNS providers or other services outside our control.
15Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, even if it was told such loss was possible.
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent (dolus) or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. The Service provides export tools for this purpose.
16Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Netstudio, its partners, employees and contractors against any third-party claims, fines, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, the messages you send, your breach of these Terms or of the law, or your use of AI Outputs.
17Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our business. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not accept them, you may close your account before they take effect.
18Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. We will try to resolve any disagreement with you in good faith first; please contact us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
19General
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or written agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and Netstudio about the Service. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor of our business.
- If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- These Terms are available in Greek and English. If the two versions conflict, the Greek version prevails.
